Aisling Bea is regarded as one of the most renowned and rich Comedian she was born on the 16th of March 1984, in Kildare Ireland. The comedian has been on QI alongside Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh (born 16 March, 1984) is a comedian and actress from Ireland. Bea first began her career with stand-up comedy in the year 2011, after playing a few small roles she played for Irish and British television dramas starting in 2009. In 2012 Bea began appearing on sketch comedy shows or sitcoms. In 2012, after she won an award at Edinburgh Comedy Awards (ECA), she started to appear often in various panel programs. She was a member of the 8 Out of 10 Cats team between 2016 and 2017 and is an ongoing contestant on its spinoff 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. Her parents include Brian and Helen O'Sullivan. She has a younger sister, Sinead. In 2012, she became the first woman ever to receive the So You Think You Are Funny award. Bea, her maiden name, was a tribute to her late dad. Aisling Cliodhnadh was born the 16th of March, 1984 in Kildare Town, County Kildare. The father of Bea was Brian was a veterinarian who worked with horses who died by suicide when she was just three years old. However, she did not learn the cause of her death until she was 13 years old. She adopted the stage name Bea in honor of her father. She published an article in The Guardian in 2017 about the family's suicide experience. Bea's mom Helen was also a trainer for jockeys as well as a former professional jockey was responsible for taking care of her as well as Sinead. Her family were passionate about horses and races. As a young girl, Bea worked as an instructor for the Irish National Stud however she knew from a young stage that she was not interested in the racing industry as a job, and enjoyed performing.
